Getting Started is Easy
Schedule Your Free Discovery Call
The start of your mindful fitness journey begins with this simple first step. On this call we want to get to know you!
We want to find out:
- What you want to achieve
- What you are currently doing (or not doing)
- What worked in the past
- Any injuries or health concerns you have
We will then schedule a free "No Sweat Intro" at Habitat Mind Body. During this session we will delve deeper into your goals. You will receive a body composition scan to have a quick snap-shot of your body in its current state. You will be prescribed a solution to get you to your goals.

What is functional fitness?
What if I am unfit and haven't trained for a long time?
What if I find it hard to not think about anything during meditation?
What if I find my thoughts and emotions too overwhelming during meditation sessions?
